Cristina Veltheer, President

With nearly 30 years of experience in accounting, finance, and business management, I am passionate about helping organizations strengthen their operations, improve financial performance, and achieve long-term success. Throughout my career, I have worked with both profit and not-for-profit organizations, providing strategic guidance grounded in integrity, professionalism, and practical solutions.

As the President of North Shore Management Consulting Ltd., I believe in building strong relationships with clients and taking a collaborative, personalized approach to every engagement. My goal is to help organizations navigate challenges with confidence while creating efficient and sustainable business practices.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my adult children, running, practicing martial arts, travelling, and exploring nature with my dogs. These experiences help me maintain balance, discipline, and perspective — values that I also bring into my professional life.

Stephanie, VP & Operations Manager

Stephanie is a dedicated and motivated professional who brings strong organizational, leadership, and operational skills to her role as Vice President, Operations. She has developed valuable experience in team leadership, client service, and operations managementtthrough her work in childcare and various leadership opportunities throughout her high school and university years.

Stephanie is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies at Capilano University, where she continues to strengthen her communication, problem-solving, and management abilities. Since graduating high school with honours in 2023, she has remained committed to personal and professional growth while contributing energy, dedication, and a collaborative approach to the organization.

In her free time Stephanie likes to spend time outdoors skiing, rock climbing and walking the beautiful trails of the North Shore.

Luna & Coco, Chief Barking Officers

Luna (right) and Coco (left) are our in-house co-chief barking officers. Always on patrol, we rely on our CBOs for everyday security.  As well, they are both experts in their field of canine to human relations. Coco is a handsome Boston terrier who gets all the girls, while Luna is the laid back senior collie/retriever mix who is always vigilant and on guard!
